In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. The phdrea Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game on the Platform.
2.2 Residency. The phdrea Platform is operated and licensed for use by players residing in the Republic of the Philippines. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering on phdrea, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law, and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from gambling.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in PAGCOR's self-exclusion register, or who have been excluded by phdrea pursuant to these Terms, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the phdrea Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. phdrea reserves the right to suspend or close any Account found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. phdrea will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Ownership. phdrea Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any balance therein to another person.
4.1 Verification Requirement. In accordance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, phdrea is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests.
4.2 Required Documents. Users will be required to provide at least one of the following Philippine government-issued identification documents: Philippine System (PhilSys) National ID, valid Philippine passport, or Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's license. Additional documentation may be requested at phdrea's discretion.
4.3 Verification Timeline. phdrea will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful completion of verification. phdrea bears no liability for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to a User's failure to submit required documents in a timely manner.
4.4 Ongoing Monitoring. phdrea reserves the right to request updated identity documentation or enhanced due diligence at any time, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the phdrea Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phdrea does not charge currency conversion fees for PHP transactions.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phdrea accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional period.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. phdrea will endeavor to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Platform's help section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing schedules.
5.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your phdrea Account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. phdrea reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds verification in compliance with applicable AML regulations.
5.6 Withdrawal Method Matching. To the extent practicable, phdrea will process withdrawals using the same method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is implemented as an anti-money laundering control.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. phdrea reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy as published on the Platform from time to time.
6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by phdrea are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied. phdrea reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where these requirements have not been met.
6.3 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. phdrea reserves the right to limit or revoke promotional eligibility where it determines that bonus abuse is occurring.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. phdrea strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting technical errors, using automated systems to generate bets, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Violations will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account suspension.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phdrea Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's certified rules and the Platform's transaction logs shall be the authoritative reference.
7.2 Fairness & RNG. All random outcomes on the phdrea Platform are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and approved by PAGCOR and/or independent testing laboratories. phdrea does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interruption during gameplay, phdrea reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wager to the Player's Account. phdrea is not liable for losses arising from system failures, internet connectivity issues on the Player's end, or force majeure events.
7.4 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phdrea reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdrea Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the phdrea Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and trademarks, is the property of phdrea or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. phdrea grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, copy, frame, scrape, or otherwise extract content from the phdrea Platform for any commercial purpose without phdrea's prior written consent.
10.1 Platform Availability. phdrea does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. phdrea will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
10.2 Gambling Losses. phdrea is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Players. All gambling involves risk of financial loss. Players participate voluntarily and acknowledge the inherent risks of gambling.
10.3 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phdrea's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. phdrea is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
11.1 phdrea's Right to Suspend. phdrea reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) AML or PAGCOR compliance requirements necessitate such action; or (d) the Player has provided false registration information.
11.2 Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, phdrea reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account. Where an Account is closed for compliance purposes and no breach is found after investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the Player via the method used for their most recent deposit.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phdrea customer support. Prior to closure, outstanding bonuses will be voided and any remaining real-money balance will be returned after applicable withdrawal processing requirements are met.
12.1 Commitment. phdrea is committed to promoting responsible gambling in compliance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. We provide tools that allow Players to set limits on their gambling activity and to self-exclude from the Platform.
12.2 Age Verification. phdrea employs age verification measures to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. The 21+ requirement is strictly enforced and any Player found to be underage will have their Account closed and deposits returned in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

12.4 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules.
phdrea reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the Platform interface or the email address on file with your Account, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by PAGCOR or applicable law. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended), the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and phdrea, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through phdrea's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact phdrea customer support to initiate a complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels, as phdrea operates under PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
15.3 Jurisdiction. For any disputes not resolved through the above processes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
